Hi, and welcome to Sports Nutrition 4 Kids. I’m Linzy Ziegelbaum, a Registered Dietitian and a mom of two very active boys. I started Sports Nutrition 4 Kids after working with youth athletes for many years. Athletes of all ages and abilities have specific nutrition needs, and I wanted to create a one stop shop for them to learn how to correctly fuel their bodies. In addition to Sports Nutrition 4 Kids, I have had a nutrition counseling practice since 2016 LNZ Nutrition LLC where I counsel children of all ages on topics ranging from nutrition for food allergies and intolerances, picky eating, introducing solids and weight management. Many of these topics are important for youth athletes too! From elementary school aged to high school athletes, nutrition is important to help your child get the competitive advantage. I am so happy you have come here to learn how to fuel your kids!
