Team Seminars

Team seminars are available in person locally and virtually over zoom. Each talk will focus on your team's specific sport. Seminars are available for many topics. Examples include: Pre and post game nutrition; How to prevent under-fueling; The female athletic triad; Nutrition for tournaments; Hydration; How to read the nutrition facts label and more!

Fueled: My virtual Courses for Parents and Coaches

This 5 week course will take you through how to fuel your athlete. Learn how to talk to your athlete about nutrition and how to support their nutrition. Courses are available for various sports.

1:1 Nutrition Counseling for Athletes

Get nutrition tailored to your specific needs. Learn how to calculate your nutrition needs and meet your goals. Private nutrition counseling is helpful for the athlete who wants to gain weight; that has trouble eating enough; that is often tired; that is often injured; that is a picky eater; that does not know what to eat because of food allergies or intolerances; that has gastrointestinal issues, and the athlete that is not sure if they should be taking nutrition supplements.

The 5 week courses are for parents and coaches. Nutrition can be a sensitive topic, and learning how to talk to athletes and how to fuel them can give teams a competitive advantage.

Some insurance companies cover preventative nutrition counseling. This means that 1:1 nutrition counseling might be covered. I am in network with AETNA, CIGNA, UHC, BCBS, NYSHIP and Northwell’s Magnacare. Contact me to learn more about how to check your nutrition benefits. 

I travel the tri state area for team talks. Zoom is available for team talks that are not in the tri state area.  

Costs vary depending on which program you choose. Contact me to discuss the different options. I will help you decide what program is right for you. 

I work with both recreational athletes and elite athletes. Ages include elementary school through college.
